The rules and expectations that keep BlazeRush Arcade a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable space for everyone

BlazeRush Arcade is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful community. These guidelines outline the standards of behaviour we expect from every member of our platform. By using BlazeRush Arcade, you agree to abide by these guidelines. They exist to protect everyone and to ensure that our platform remains a place where Canadian adults can enjoy free interactive entertainment in a safe and welcoming environment.

Respect

Respect is the cornerstone of the BlazeRush Arcade community. Every interaction on our platform should be grounded in mutual respect and consideration for others. We are a diverse community of Canadian adults from all walks of life, and that diversity is one of our greatest strengths. We expect all members to treat one another with kindness, patience, and understanding.

Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to: harassment, bullying, intimidation, hate speech, discriminatory language, personal attacks, and any form of targeted negativity towards another community member. We believe that everyone has the right to enjoy BlazeRush Arcade without feeling threatened, belittled, or unwelcome. If you disagree with someone, express your views constructively and without personal attacks.

We also ask that you respect the BlazeRush Arcade team. Our staff and moderators work hard to maintain a positive environment, and they deserve to be treated with the same courtesy and respect that we ask you to show your fellow community members. If you have concerns about a moderation decision, there are proper channels to address them — please do so calmly and constructively.

Fair Play

Fair play is essential to maintaining the integrity and enjoyment of the BlazeRush Arcade experience. All players are expected to engage with our interactive modules honestly and in good faith. Attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate platform features, or gain an unfair advantage through technical means is strictly prohibited.

If you discover a bug, glitch, or vulnerability in any of our interactive experiences or platform features, we ask that you report it to our team at hello@blazerusharcade.com rather than exploiting it. Responsible disclosure helps us improve the platform for everyone and is greatly appreciated. Players who report bugs constructively contribute positively to the community and help us deliver a better experience for all.

Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the platform is not permitted. BlazeRush Arcade is designed for human enjoyment, and we expect all interactions to come from real people engaging genuinely with our content. Any attempt to automate platform interactions may result in access restrictions.

Content Standards

All content shared within the BlazeRush Arcade community must adhere to our content standards. This applies to any user-generated content including comments, messages, profile information, and any other form of communication on the platform. Content must be appropriate for a general adult audience and must not contain material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Specifically, the following types of content are prohibited on BlazeRush Arcade: content that promotes violence or harm towards any individual or group; sexually explicit material; content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; spam, advertising, or promotional material for third-party products or services; misinformation or deliberately misleading content; and content that violates any applicable Canadian law or regulation.

We encourage members to share their experiences, provide constructive feedback, and engage in meaningful discussions. The vast majority of our community members consistently produce positive, interesting, and valuable content. We simply ask that everyone maintain these standards to keep BlazeRush Arcade a platform we can all be proud of.

Reporting

If you encounter behaviour or content that violates these community guidelines, we encourage you to report it to our moderation team. Reports can be submitted by contacting us at hello@blazerusharcade.com with the subject line "Community Report." Please include as much detail as possible, including what you observed, when it occurred, and any relevant context that will help our team investigate.

All reports are treated confidentially. We will never reveal the identity of the person who made a report to the person being reported. Our moderation team reviews every report promptly and takes appropriate action based on the severity of the violation and the context of the situation. We appreciate community members who take the time to report issues, as you play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our platform.

Consequences

Violations of these community guidelines may result in a range of consequences depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Our moderation team uses a progressive approach that typically begins with a warning for first-time or minor violations. Repeated or more serious violations may result in temporary suspension of platform access, and egregious or persistent violations may lead to permanent removal from BlazeRush Arcade.

The specific consequences for any given violation are at the discretion of our moderation team, who consider the full context of each situation. We believe in fairness and proportionality, and our goal is always to educate and correct behaviour rather than to punish. However, we will not hesitate to take decisive action when necessary to protect our community and maintain the positive environment that makes BlazeRush Arcade special.

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting legal@blazerusharcade.com. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member who was not involved in the original decision. We are committed to a fair and transparent moderation process and take all appeals seriously.
